Sylvans mom Dorothy had a massive stroke in her assisted living apartment last Tuesday afternoon. She was a Mckennan Hospital in Sioux Falls until Friday eve when they put her in a nursing home in Salem South Dakota. Hospice is working with us through the nursing home. Her right side is paralyzed and she is unable to speak so read its hard for us to communicate with her. She is on no life support equipment and they are just trying to make her as comfortable as possible. She has been one of the most admired, Christian loving women to have ever entered my life. She had the mind of a mature 30 year old at the age of 95!
