Synopsis: AT 4:00PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data in the vicinity of Puerto Princesa City (9.7ºN, 119.0ºE). Forecast: Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Bicol region, and MIMAROPA will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Cordillera Administrative Region and Cagayan Valley will have cloudy skies with light rains. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds from the Northeast will prevail over Luzon and coming from the East to Northeast over Visayas and Mindanao. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be moderate to rough.
