Syrians Selling forged stamps Personnel from the General Department for Immigration Investigation have arrested a threeman gang for selling forged revenue stamps for half the face value, reports Al-Shahed daily. The daily said as soon as the Operations Department of the Ministry of Interior received a call from a secret agent, a directive was issued to catch the gang. The leader of the gang is believed to be a Syrian working as a company representative. According to initial investigations, the stamps are reportedly forged in an unidentified Asian country and smuggled into the country. KD 16,000 stolen: A Kuwaiti has filed a complaint with the Naeem Police Station accusing an unidentified person of stealing KD 16,000 from his vehicle which was parked in a suburb of Jaber Al-Ahmed, reports Al-Rai daily. Personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department have lifted fingerprints from the car. Boat stolen: A 20-year-old Kuwaiti has filed a complaint with the Jabriya Police Station accusing an unidentified person of stealing his boat which was parked in front of his home in Jabriya, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily. Police are looking for the suspect. Meanwhile, police are looking for an unidentified person for attempting to molest and rape a 19- year-old Arab girl, reports Al-Rai daily. A case has been filed at a police station.
