System administrator for International customer Your job You will work as a Senior System administrator and as an integrated part of a larger Microsoft web development Team with colleagues in Denmark. The communication language will be English and you will be in daily contact with team members in Denmark. The assignments will both be system administration support to web developers as well as responsible for users and network Assignments will primarily be for Danish customers and on different projects Your personal profile Required Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor Degree from a reputable university / institute. Preferably Computer Science, Commerce, Business Administration. Prost graduate studies / degrees are considered as asset. • (5-8) years of working experience in a similar or related field. • Excellent command of English language. Technical / IT Skills: • Excellent command of Database SQL server administration & Microsoft windows server. • Very good knowledge & experience with Microsoft Exchange, Team system, network set up & management, as well as firewall , VPN & backup management. • Good knowledge of Ms License management & / or any other licenses & office IT support service provision. • Fair general knowledge / Familiarity / awareness with database mysql, oracle & MS dynamics. Personal Profile & Behavioral Approach • High Leadership skills with team work spirit. • Self-motivated with high ability to motivate & coach others. • Excellent communication & analytical skills with a friendly customer oriented manner. • Excellent reporting skills, especially with customer Senior management • Ability to function efficiently under stress and meet deadlines, while handling multi tasks at a time. • Ability & flexibility to travel outside Egypt, when required by business needs. You work well as part of a Team and with an ability to deliver – also under stress. You have good spoken and written English skills (company language) and of cause Arabic. Experience with IT Offshore/Nearshore/Outsourcing and European customers/companies will be considered as a plus.
