Systematic CrossFit in Pacific Grove is hosting the First Annual Detonator Throwdown at Systematic CrossFit in Pacific Grove on 27 September 2014. Proceeds go directly to the EOD Warrior Foundation (eodwarriorfoundation.org). The EOD Warrior Foundation (EODWF) serves the EOD community by providing financial assistance and support to active-duty and veteran wounded, injured or ill EOD warriors, and families of our wounded and fallen EOD warriors. The event will consist of multiple workouts with the opportunity to compete as individuals and teams, and scale the workout to your own ability level. We are involving all the surrounding gyms in the Monterey/Pacific Grove area, as well the military, and First Responders in the local Police, Fire, SWAT, and Lifeguard force. Event will be complete with prizes, a DJ and an after Party. In addition, those not in the Monterey area are invited to participate off-site at their own gym by completing the EOD 130 Memorial Workout at a location of their choosing.
