Systems Support Engineer Job Duties: - To implement and install services of the assigned systems. - To provide technical support by phone, email and site visit of the signed contracts - To provide solutions and technical offers for assigned OPC systems - Design and initial product specifications for assigned line of product. - Provide engineering guidance to other departments in proposals and technical engineering. - Interface between customers and technical support team of product providers. - Prepare, implements and Configures the optimum solutions and technical offers of product ranges. - Secure inputs from all necessary solution groups within the customer firm and coordinate closely with sales team to adapt the best solution. - Communicate performance status to the presales Team Leader. - Assist presales team in the new technologies researches. - Prepare the Technical Documentation for his area and submit to Presales Team Leader for review and approval.
