T- Cell has broader & wider spectrum of their network has been confirmed recently. T-Cell subscribers could receive & make outgoing calls after traveling 70-80 KMs into the Indian plains! Very convenient for our Bhutanese people traveling the plains in periphery. On the other hand, I see our handsome Bhutanese actor draped in Blue on national TV BBS sensitizing the public on requisites for buying SIM cards, how people could misuse mobile phones in bomb detonations, kidnaping & dozen of not to pleasant repercussions from misuse of SIM cards. This wide network spectrum on Foreign soil, High volume of entry/exit of foreign labors from neighboring area has somehow implanted a fear in me. Just saying.
