T-BAR ROW: great exercise for developing and strengthening your back (back thickness). I recommend the following for a comfortable, safe, and effective lift: position your toes in alignment with the first plate, bend your knees, fold your hips at about a 45 degree angle (trying to keep this angle through the full ROM), be sure to keep your back straight, hips up, head neutral, and keep your weight through the mid-foot/heel. You want to pull the weight up using your back, focusing on the squeeze of the rhomboids. Do your best to stay in the bent angle and not let fatigue stand you upright, this will turn the exercise into more of a shrug rather than a row.
