T25 Beta: Dynamic Core DONE. The funny about an injury... You never know just how far you can push yourself until you actually try. I woke up this morning feeling sore from yesterdays reboot, and my ribs were really bugging me. I tried to talk myself out of working out, thinking I shouldnt push it. But I squashed that little voice in my head and tried anyway, and you know what? It hurt a little, but it felt GOOD to stretch myself out. I modified when I had to (Superman doesnt feel so good with bruised ribs), and worked thru the 25 minutes... So the question now becomes...
