TACLOBAN CITY-Philippine Red Cross (PRC) Governor Andrew Nocon inducted into office the new set of Board of Directors after the election during the 2nd biennial assembly held at the Balyuan Convention Center. The new members of the Board of Directors of PRC Tacloban City/Leyte Chapter are Tacloban Filipino-Chinese Chamber of Commerce president Go Tic Ching, who topped the elections followed by Barangay 109 Captain and contractor Rodolfo “Rudy” Padillo and Journalist and nutrition advocate Vicky C.
