The Nigeria Military should retrain staff to avoid emass mutiny going on in the military and the shooting down of the jet fighter is a bad omen for Nigeria armed forces 2. The military need to be more sincere with the Nigeria about their capacity to protect our airspace because up to now, they cant confirm the location of the plane 3. The killing of the pilot is an insult but what is most worrying in the mannerism Nigeria military handle in the death of fallen heroes 4. Target Global Security personal opinion is that Nigeria Military Media Team needs to be restructured and the current director of information moved sideways for poor performance 5. It is possible that the current deal with Russian will save us from national shame but the activities of the military is not fit for purpose 6. The total security service in Nigeria need to share the failure for non performance starting the SSS that failed in intelligence gathering to the police that failed in community policing to reduce 7. The plastic police organisation called NSCDC (Civil Defence) has not defended anything but rather a complete waste of tax payers money 8. There is need for key performance indicators ( KPI ) for each security agencies their performance measure 9. Nigeria lack of progress in winning the war on terrorism is largely due to failure of government to interact effectively with the community and the diaspora community 10. If the British and Americans have failed to help; why are Nigeria ambassadors across the world not identifying Nigerians with skills to combat terrorism 11. Is the one billion dollars able to resolve security problems now ? 12. Nigeria security services need training and equipment to deliver safety for Nigerians at large 13. There is need for diversity in the training provisions for security services taking on board experience of the diaspora 14. Nigeria security agents in the diaspora suggest that more than 30 girls would be abducted again in hotspot areas and high number casualty will be recorded again in another bomb blast before December 2014 15. It is a must train to re train the police officers to protect the community against aggressive insurgency but currently the 140,000 plus police dont have the capacity Femi Aratokun-Ale ( SME )
