TAG A FRIEND WHO WANTS TO BUILD THEIR GLUTES! Part 2 of yesterdays workout sesh involves more ISOLATION exercises, ones that specifically target single muscle groups: Weighted Bridges (we used 110 lb bar)- GLUTES and some Hamstring Hip Extensions (black resistance band)- GLUTES Hip Extensions (leg extension machine)- GLUTES Reverse Hyperextensions- GLUTES, some hamstring, Lower Back There were a couple not shown but also are good isolation exercises: Good Mornings (lower back and GLUTES) and Lying Hamstring Curls (Hamstrings). Lets just say I can not move today. Do some of these moves and thank me later
