TAG A FRIEND YOU WANT TO DO THESE WITH!!! Its #flexfriday and everyone is excited about the weekend. You can do crunches till you pass out and still not get a six-pack. Why? If you have a high percentage of body fat, your abs will be covered with...yup you know it...FAT. And no, doing ab exercises wont necessarily make you lose that belly fat either. In order to get visibly toned abs, you have to first reduce your overall body fat, which means plenty of CARDIO, strength training and full body workouts with #gelv for faster results. My secret to a lean core has truly been fasted cardio with #gelv applied to my midsection. I focus on minimal weight training. I reached my desired body purely with fasted cardio and the help of #gelv to tone my ABdominal area. I do little to no weight and instead more repetitions. Remember everyones workouts should be based on the goals they want to achieve. I dont criticize people who do crossfit, I dont criticize people who lift, I dont criticize anyone. You need to find what works best for the body you want to achieve and go for it. My workouts have helped me achieve the body that Ive wanted and thats why I continue to do what I do.
