INGREDIENTS 1.One desert spoon of olive oil. 2.One onion. 3.A tin of cheap tomato soup. 4.A good squirt of tomato purée. 5.One cooking apple. 6.One desert spoon of cider vinegar. 7.A pinch of salt and pepper. 8.One desert spoon of sugar. 9.One desert spoon of soy sauce. 10.One desert spoon of ginger powder. 11.One desert spoon of paprika. 12.One desert spoon of cheap yellow mustard. 13.One teaspoon of mixed herbs. 14.Polish smoked sausages. 15.One teaspoon of mild curry powder. 15.One sweet pepper. 16.A microwave bowl able to hold two pints of water. 17.One fresh bay leaf. 18.One desert spoon of flour. 19.One desert spoon of gravy granules. 20.One desert spoon of sweet chilli sauce. PREPARATION SAUCE : 1.Chop up the apple, sweet pepper, and onion, into the bowl, with the salt, pepper, ginger, curry powder, herbs, paprika, olive oil, and bay leaf. 3.On HIGH for 5 minutes. 4.Stir in the flour, and sugar. 5.On HIGH for 5 minutes. 6.Add the soup, purée, vinegar, mustard, soy sauce, and gravy granules. 7.On HIGH for 5 minutes. 8.Give it another good stir. 9.On MEDIUM for 5 minutes. COOK THE SAUSAGE : 1.Slash the sausages like you would a cucumber, until they are almost cut in half. 2.Put them on a china plate. 3.On HIGH for one minute. 4.Turn them over, on HIGH for one minute. 5.Pour the hot sauce over the sausages. 6.Serve immediately with microwave chips.
