TAKING AN INNOCENT LIFE IS A TRAVESTY OF JUSTICE: It doesnt matter if you are Black or White, you must be able to distinguish between right and wrong. Can you imagine Mayor Giuliani and the Rev Al Sharpton on a Board to create improved Race Relation? These guy views are so extreme that they would create a bigger problem than solution, we need leaders with a broad perspective to address the problems of a deteriorating race relation between Police and the Black Community. Leaders must be able to address: delinquency, unemployment/opportunity, intolerant system toward ethnic behavior; presently we have majority of our leaders who will only speak/demonstrate after the fact. We need leaders who will go into the community now to educate and change our young people to be better citizens. We must follow the example of some very effective leaders of our time such as Dr. King, Nelson Mandela and Michael Manley, these people planted good seeds and nurture them to fruition. Present leaders need to get their hands dirty by digging dirt and planting seeds. Lets not condem the entire Police Force, they have a tough job and we actually need them. However, they need sensitivity training to improve RACE RELATION. TAKING AN INNOCENT BLACK LIFE AND TAKING AN INNOCENT POLICE LIFE MUST NOT BE TOLERATED. May God bless you.
