TALKING HH AND THE UPND MANIFESTO ON WASTE MANAGEMENT. Recently, HH was quoted as saying I will clean up Zambias Waste by setting up and supporting Waste Recycling Enterprises across the the country, thus turning every compound inhabitable. The Industrial process will swallow all unemployed youths in Zambia., Quiet in contrast to how President Sata and the PF put it during his campaigns for Presidency in 2011,,,, I will Sweep Clean all streets without giving solution to Solid Waste disposal. One sorry area to stay in Lusaka is Chilulu and Garden Compounds of Lusaka. The sewage disposal site STINKS like hell. After elected in power and tasting fresh air from water sprinkled grass in Nkwazi, New Kasama, Jesmondine etc, I doubt if these guys can today go to Chilulu Garden and promise people to CLEAN SWEEP Lusaka., CRY BELOVED RESIDENT OF CHILULU, GARDEN AND MANDEVU COMPOUNDS., if in October, sewer odour can be felt all over the compound even when you are having your hard fought meals, what more in rain season? PF are wrong characters to run affairs of Government. Residents of this area have every right to SUE PF for unpleasant odors coming from sewage dam. SURELY, In 2014, a sane Government can not fail to apply chemicals or enzymes which prevent the formation of the odors. Furthermore, this site is a GOLD mine, Gases, Sewage sludge can be collected for utilisation on many forms of economical value...... Let us Hope Help is on the way.
