TANKING IN PRO SPORTS....NOW THERE IS A PROBLEM it happens all the time in sports like Basketball and Football...lose and lose a lot just to secure a top draft choice. Now even Magic Johnson is begging The Lakers to lose every game...even the thought of this stuff happening is pathetic but until The NBA and The NFL fix the draft systems it will continue. Every team makes enough money to fill out a winning roster but the problems come from lousy draft picks or bad free agent signings...or just lousy contracts to the wrong players...see Joey Votto for example. If you want to stop this garbage then penalize the tanking teams or just make the worst teams draft somewhere besides first....One other thing that jumps out here...if a team is tanking on purpose and everyone knows it...doesnt that lead into game fixing basically?
