In the course of being stalked Ive learned much. My educational background is in medicine, not in physics. Its most important to know the MKUltra Program is based on the physics of electromagnetism. The program was originally designed to allow communication from a Perp to a subject to induce a reaction without the use of a telephone. The main use of the program was to enable V2K. V2K includes a visual component based on echolalia. The Perp isnt looking at the TI, he/she is looking through a electronic visual field & sees exactly what the victim sees.
