TASTE THE THUNDER A light mist settles gently on the wet leaves across the rain drenched trees. The leaves danced green and sparkling knowing the monsoon was caressing them. I paused for a moment listening to the confluence of sights and sounds through the lens of intellectual simplicity and visual imagery. The pit patter of the monsoon rains drumming on the roof, and then falling onto the ribbon like roads, the cheery gurgle of the overflowing brook. Just be with nature marvel, absorb and be inspired to delve into its complexity and incarnated serenity in a spontaneous way with total aesthetic freedom. It was the time to step out of the dreary time frame, savor the season’s onset and assume an identity of that ephemeral moment, when true nature stands revealed. A season to break free from the captivity of space and time to attempt to achieve, the idiosyncrasy of creative expression. When awareness comes within you there will be a mingling of the spirit – with the precise mix of melancholy and joy that makes life so exquisite to live. . Do not consider the universe separate or remote from the concerns of ordinary living – it has a sense of fun that verges on the erotic. Nature steals your heart while the cool breeze whispers lovingly in your ears. There is sadness in beauty when you understand this you will no longer be unhappy. Enjoy the mystic experience and the realization the entire universe is nothing but a blissful sort of consciousness. -Vinay-
