Protein Peanut Butter Oatmeal (chocolate) YIELD: SERVES 1 Ingredients: 1 cup of cooked Oatmeal 1 tbsp natural crunchy peanut butter 1 scoop of vanillia or chocolate whey protein powder 1/4 cup of water or low calorie almond milk Directions: Add water or almond milk to cooked oatmeal and heat in the microwave for 60 seconds. Add peanut butter and pop back into the microwave for 30 to 60 seconds. Stir in protein powder..Enjoy!
