TAX AVOIDANCE TREATIES AS SOURCE OF BLACK MONEY October 30, 2014 at 3:26am Mauritius Tax Avoidance Treaty has its root in British colonial empire. British created such an economic system that they could control Indians and their kings through artificially created economic slavery. All British colonies including India were used by British for looting economies of such colonies and making British Empire an economic lord in the world on the strength of black route to British Empire through such British colonies. The Mauritius Tax Avoidance Treaty is modern form of such colonial system. Indian Government by signing such Treaty has indirectly permitted cheaters and looters of Indian economy to open bogus companies in Mauritius only for tax avoidance purpose on the strength of such Treaty. It is learned from electronic media that there are about 18000 offices of different Indian companies in just one building. Black money is not just raised via Mauritius route, but it is also pumped into Indian market through F.D.I, Share Market, Real Estate etc. for creating BALLOON ECONOMY in India with illusion of growth of Indian economy. In fact, it is an economic growth of mainly black marketeers with show of some growth in employment in India. This black economics is given political color for fooling people and creating vote bank on false hope of eradication of poverty of Indian people who are poor in large numbers. It is misrepresentation from political parties that black money is stored by Indian cheaters only in Swiss Bank and it can be brought back by Indian Govt. by using political force. Actually, this black money is being raised and routed in and through India with the help of countries with whom Indian Govt. has entered into Tax Avoidance Treaties and Mauritius is one of such countries. This kind of false globalization will lead India to economic slavery of countries who promote such Tax Avoidance Treaties in the name of globalization. The political slavery is second step on the strength of military super power. The bringing back of black money from Swiss Bank etc. is therefore going to continue as political stunt till treaties such as Mauritius Tax Avoidance Treaties shall continue at the instance of Indian Government. -Adv.B.S.More
