TBT - Habitat for Humanitys ReConstruct project for the c.1909 Lassiter House on Stainback Avenue in East Nashvilles Cleveland Park neighborhood won a 2011 Historic Preservation Award from the Metro Historical Commission. The U.S. Department of Justice donated the home, which had been seized as part of a federal drug bust. ReConstruct partners and sponsors included Historic Nashville; Home Depot; Gresham, Smith and Partners; Vintage Millworks; and MDHA. Hard to believe its been 3 years since we renovated this house!
