TBT: 1978-79 - Blue House, 2101 Spring Rd, Smyrna GA - I was sharing a 4 BR split level house with 4 roommates. We had met during college and were frat brothers. The roommate situation changed several times over the next year or so as some moved on & other moved in. Even sister Susan lived with us for a while. Anyway, we had received a promotional flyer in the mail one day offering a free photo session at a local photography studio. They of course were hoping you would order more than just the free 11x14 and several 5x7 prints in the free offer. We were just looking to get a great picture of us together to hang on the living room wall at the house for free. So it worked out better for us than them. We made the appointment and dressed appropriately. When we arrived, we convinced them that we were actually real brothers and we were having this photo taken for our mother for Mothers Day. They bit, silver tongued devils that we were. We only got the free photos despite numerous phone calls from them trying to convince us otherwise. Spring Rd has since been widened and the house was torn down to accommodate that. Not sure why we were so into hats but we sure had many great times in that place!
