TEAM AIDEN UPDATE: The last few days have been pretty crazy but Aiden has made amazing progress! He had his first real bath last night and they just lowered the CPAP rate finally! Hes doing fantastic and surprising all of the medical staff with how well hes doing and so fast. He gets as much hood time as he wants now and is much more stable than he ever has been. Hes tolerating full feedings without an iv and even sucking his paci. He is now 2lbs 15oz, hes so close to 3lbs!!! They said as soon as he is 1500 grams (like 3 and a half pounds) he can start wearing baby clothes and then he could be put in an open crib. He has come such a long way in the last month, it really does come to show just what good medical care and nurture will do for a baby to thrive, even one as tiny as him! We have nurses come in his room now just to see him after hearing his story, they all want to be a part of it. Thank you so much for everything all of you have done for us. Without all of the love and support, I dont think we could have gotten this far. He really is overcoming all of the odds and I expect he will only continue to do so in the days to come. **yes, I know his middle finger is up in one of the pictures. He sure knows how to show that little attitude of his but hes done that ever since he was 14 weeks in the womb!! Hes a fighter, hes bound to have a little spunk**
