The Position Under the supervision of a Team Leader, Team Members will be responsible for the safe, efficient, timely and effective installation of Tufco flooring solutions. The position requires vigorous physical labor and endurance, and close attention to detail. Team Members must be able and eager to: • Safely operate a variety of tools and mechanical equipment including concrete scarifiers, jackhammers, saws, torches, vacuums, hand tools, mixers and other machinery • Learn and master the process by which Tufco floors are installed • Comply with all Tufco and customer facility safety rules and procedures • Follow instructions and effectively communicate and coordinate work functions with the Team Leader and other Team Members • Refer to the Team Leader all customer questions that arise at the jobsite • Anticipate, identify and help overcome challenges encountered at customer locations and other work sites • Contribute to the continuous improvement in Tufco work processes • Embrace and thrive in a workplace culture that recognizes and rewards safety, quality, customer service, reliability and efficiency, and that respects and exceeds all customer expectations The Person A Team Member will continually seek opportunities to learn and master the equipment, processes and skills needed to install Tufcos high-quality flooring solutions on time and on budget. Integrity, honesty, trustworthiness and self-discipline are essential character traits. A Team Member must be highly reliable and take great pride in both his/her individual workmanship and his/her role as part of a team. Candidates must be comfortable and committed to work nights, weekends and holidays on a long-term, consistent, expenses-paid basis across a multi-state territory. Ideal candidates will be flexible and proactive, eager to learn and seek continuous improvement in the company, themselves and others. Experience in construction, concrete, paving and/or military service may prove relevant and valuable. A valid commercial drivers license (CDL), or the willingness and ability to earn such a license, is also preferred. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The Compensation Compensation will be commensurate with the skill level of the candidate, but most often begin at $11 per hour with opportunity for rapid advancement and significant overtime potential, plus benefits including health insurance and vacation. _____________________ To apply, please direct your résumé via email to: A.J.
