TEAM TRAVIS UPDATE: Yesterday evening Travis was feeling a little better, actually turned on the TV for the first time since Tuesday night. But he didnt have a very good night. One of the side effects of this chemo is mucusitis which causes him to have massive drainage and coughing it up (gross I know). When you are coughing and gagging it makes it hard to sleep. Oh and now they have him on oxygen. He was sleeping in the recliner early this morning. His throat is so sore (from the chemo) that swallowing is painful. He has a suction tube to help with that. Hes tired of all the tubes, hurting, being in the hospital, but knows this is necessary to get well. His patience is short today. I pray for Gods ministry of healing for him and to start feeling better. This chemo is very strong & its purpose is to destroy all the cancer that is left in his body so it is tearing everything down. Thanks for your prayers!
