TEEVO Friday, 29th EVERYONE IS BEAUTIFUL! (SEE THE BEAUTY IN SINNERS) TO THE BIBLE Matthew 18:11 For the Son of Man has come to save that which was lost. LETS TALK Melinda was known for her wild character and nasty attitude. Everyone in her school had written her off, because they felt no good could come out of her. But Freda was one person who always thought good of people: She knew deep within herself that Melinda could turn a new leaf. She saw beyond obvious and took a bold step to reach out to Melinda with the message of the Gospel. Some weeks later, much to everyones surprise, Melinda began to act differently; she had become a lot nicer and more polite. She had received Christ! All thanks to Freda who chose to see the beauty of God in her. Its important you look beyond the deeds of unbelievers around you and think through the power of the Gospel. Take, for instance, the great apostle Paul, formerly known as Saul of Tarsus. Who would have ever thought someone like him, who maltreated christians, would himself become such a wonderful witness for Christ? Imagine all the people and the countries that wouldnt have been reached with the Gospel if Jesus hadnt intervened to get Paul saved. Jesus chose to see the beauty in him, and He wants you to do the same for the unsaved around you. Choose to see the beauty and potential greatness in those that arent yet born again. Gods Word has the ability to transform their lives. Remember, youve been given the ministry of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:18). So reach out to your world today with the message of Christs salvation. GO DEEPER Romans 1:16, For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. SPEAK Heavenly Father, I pray that you would open my eyes to see the beauty in the sinners around me so that I can take the Gospel to them, in Jesus Name. Amen.
