TELEVISION RECEPTION UPDATE One of the staff in the office placed a complaint to ACMA using the form that we had received, and she has just heard back from them. The news is good. It is confirmed that it is a transmission problem and they are currently working on rectifying this by Sunday 14 December 2014. In the meantime, whilst they are working on this transmission issue, you might have periods of no reception, or very poor reception, but after 14 December this should hopefully be all rectified. If after Sunday you are still having problems with your reception please call ACMA on 1300 850 115.
