TELEXFREE UPDATE The bankruptcy proceedings continue and they will probably continue for a while. You will find a lot of things online and you should be very careful. Chapter 11 bankruptcy is and can be a very long process, and things can be very complicated to follow. We have no earth shattering news to report. We should remember that we have a ways to go. Remember that you have many parties involved; Telexfree, the Creditors, the SEC (Federal and the State of MA), the FTC and DOJ, now all these parties have lawyers and they all get to file documents (motions and so on) with the court. This will slow the process down but it is moving forward. The part of the hearing that will directly impact us (Promoters and Associates) has not happened, if the court grants Telexfree Motion to cancel all our contracts, we will eventually be classified as creditors. We will all be notified by KCCLLC (which the court has appointed) and they will provide us with all of the relevant details. My husband checks the bankruptcy court site 2 or 3 times per week. He is mainly interested in reading the COURT ORDERS and not all of the MOTIONS that are being filed by parties concerned. If you are the type of person that wants to read everything, I only suggest that you be careful to understand that it is a big difference between lawyers arguing a legal position and the court rendering a decision. We will always keep a look out for any significant Court Orders that will have a direct impact on us (Promoters and Associates). Todos seremos notificados por KCCLLC (que el tribunal ha nombrado) y a través de ellos se nos dará todos los detalles pertinentes. Mi esposo revisa el sitio del proceso legal 2 o 3 veces por semana. Él está principalmente interesado en la lectura de las ÓRDENES JUDICIALES y no en todas las PETICIONES que se están presentado por las partes interesadas. Si usted es el tipo de persona que quiere leer todo, yo sólo le sugiero que tenga cuidado en comprender que hay una gran diferencia entre los abogados que defienden una posición jurídica y una orden emitida por el juez.
