You will be involved in all aspects of the hotel with particular emphasis on our award-winning restaurant, together with reception and other responsibilities. Some hotel or restaurant experience would be an advantage, although a warm personality, willingness to learn and common sense are more important! This is a full-time position and there would be a mixture of shifts including weekends and some split shifts.
