TESTIMONIAL: Congratulations to Mercedes, Tracey, Paul and the Rawson team! Sorry for the delay, I have been meaning to do this email for some time - moving into a new home does not allow time out. Recently, we have moved into our new Rawson House and I just like to express my sincere appreciation to the team working at Rawson. I am a customer that would highly recommend Rawson to anyone who is buying a new Home. I like to pay special appreciation to firstly, the support team at the Rawson Home Exhibition Centre at Gledswood Hills (Hermitage) as Mercedes was our first point of contact and found her professionalism and warm character the exact balance and connection when sorting out advice such as buying a new home from so many building companies around at the Exhibition Centre. Meetings with Mercedes were always friendly and follow ups were timely, sincere thank you for this first introduction to Rawson. The duration period for the paperwork was expected as these days for checking and confirmation is always the upmost important to validate and ensure the decision are made correctly – thank you to the administration staff. Also, special thank you to Tracey who ran with my portfolio until the end especially during Rawson’s move to the new premises and trying to maintain balance is not easy. Just another example of committed people working at Rawson. Lastly, Paul our onsite Building Manager. Paul is a very confident, Site Manager and his experience is second to none. Paul through this entire work in progress, was always helpful and treated our house as his own. This is to be commended, as Paul work load seemed to be very busy - thank you for your effort and friendship during this construction. I have appreciated Rawson providing such a down to earth Manager - he provide me with confidence during this period with the house construction. I hope Rawson, holds Paul in high regards as Paul has that element knowing your future homes with your administration team are in very good hands.
