Greetings Julie, I am in the process of building with Rawson Homes although wanted to take the time out to provide feedback on your Electrical Consultant, Barbara. My wife, Regina, and I are first time builders and were extremely daunted by what we were getting ourselves into regarding the build process. To date there have been some slight issues although nothing major but a positive stand out was the service we received from Barbara prior to, during and after our electrical consultation. Barbara equipped us with the necessary information to internalise prior to our meeting. Whilst we had a little understanding of what we wanted to have as well as add, I would say we entered the consultation still on the green side. Barbara’s patience as she stepped us through standard versus extra as well as seeking colleagues (on the fly) for their input when my wife and I were stuck was extremely helpful. Her knowledge on each item was very impressive considering the plethora of options available to us. After the consultation she continues to respond in a very timely manner to my queries. As she was aware that I work in the same building, Barbara also gave me the opportunity to take the contract home, understand it, make some slight changes and then provide the signed version back. This, as you can imagine, assisted immensely and I am very thankful that we got this opportunity. Thank you Barbara for your professionalism, assistance and overall friendliness which made our experience a great one further enforcing the reason we decided to build with Rawson Homes.
