TGIF - off to a late start so will be posting 2 new messages every hour to get caught up. Heres the first: Hey again! This isnt exactly a Bonus Mom question, but I rely on yall for just about everything. So here we go.. Without getting too specific, lets just say I do NOT get along with my BFs parents. Or his sister for that matter. It is a mutual dislike. Im due in June and I do NOT want any of them coming to the hospital while Im there. I want them to wait until were home and settled (as I know they will stop by and never leave like they already do). The only people I want in my room after I deliver are my BF, SS4, my mom, my stepdad and my grandparents. My family is very respectful and will not overstay their welcome. Whereas my BFs parents will be rude. (I know this for a fact as Ive been talking to my BFs SIL and she told me they were in her room an hour after delivery for 6 hours. 6 HOURS!) Am I wrong for telling them I do not want them there? I know my BF wont stand up to them, but I will. Do I have the ability to tell the nurses who is and is not permitted to enter my room? Please help. This is making me nauseous. Theyve already ruined so much of my pregnancy already.
