TGIF! Happy Friday everyone! Tonight we will have a delicious Grilled Blue Marlin which will be chipotle & balsamic marinated paired with bok choy, summer squash, & a June berry gastrique. As well as a Grilled Pork Tenderloin topped with a Dijon mustard & molasses glaze paired with wild rice, buttered Lima beans, & a house made apple butter. Mmm mmm good!
