TGIF!! The rib has been rubbed and tied as it is every Friday and Saturday... this weekend we will also be getting it ready on Sunday for our Mothers Day Lunch and Dinner. (But I am getting ahead of myself!) Tonight we have Prime Rib, Fried Seafood Platter, Thai Chili Chicken Salad, Chicken Dijonnaise- other wise known as Jon James and our Chefs Feature of Beef & Gravy on Mashed Potato with a salad and biscuit, all on the features boards.
