TGIF....Woke up in a weird space today....Happy its Friday....Happy to be spending the weekend with friends...happy to be trying to take on 11 miles or as much as my legs will tolerate tomorrow AM...also reflecting as my Michigan 3 Day 60 mile friends are starting their walk today.....pretty much 6 yrs ago tomorrow is when i found the lump the changed my life and that led to my Breast cancer diagnosis....I am glad that i can say this year I am officially a 6 year survivor from Diagnosis.....Ladies....its no joke...do your monthly exams.....go for your mammograms....a little discomfort is worth it in the long run....BELIEVE ME!! I am so greatful that i did montly exams and yearly Mammos.,,,because without it...i wouldnt be here due to the agressiveness of my cancer....now I am just here to harass others to do the same!!....that is the end of my PSA for today.....Have a great Friday Everyone!!
