One thing that I have learned while dealing with this situation is that there are some companies who MUST INVEST in customer service training for their employees. The things that I have experienced while dealing with this company are RIDICULOUS. BUT never fear...Miss Shonda, the woman of many gifts and talents and much knowledge has a grip on this one and declaring a total victory.
