PRESIDENT for having the vision and the fortitude to pass The Affordable Care Act - and CONGRATULATIONS for having beaten all the nay-sayers and the obstructionists to surpass, amazingly, the goal of signing up SEVEN MILLION AMERICANS by March 31! This is a landmark achievement for which you will be lauded for decades to come, even in the face of the lies and gross distortions of those whove inexplicably tried to keep people like me from having the life-preserving medical care we need. As of March 1, I have the best, most-affordable coverage IN MY ENTIRE LIFETIME - and whats more, IT CANT BE TAKEN AWAY FROM ME by despicable profit-grabbing insurance industry practices - NEVER AGAIN. And lest there be ANY question about this, to borrow a phrase from your opponents, Mr. President - the only way Ill ever allow them to take this from me would be by prying it away FROM MY COLD, DEAD HANDS!
