THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I cannot begin to thank the Cavett families enough for their enormous generosity. Coats, hats, gloves, socks and boots were delivered to Huntington Elementary on Tuesday of this week. The principal and staff were pleasantly surprised by the generosity of Cavett families. They couldnt believe how many items were collected for their students. Thank you all for opening your hearts this holiday season to help out Cavetts sister school and to help a child stay warm this winter. Also, thank you to everyone who made cookies for the Cookie Exchange for the teachers and staff at Cavett. They really enjoyed picking out some yummy treats and we heard more than once how nice it was of parents to take the time to make treats for them. I was also able to take two trays of delicious treats to Huntington when I delivered the coats. The staff was pretty excited about the cookies and they were all so appreciative. I did tell the principal at Huntington that Cavett has the most supportive, caring and giving parents around. He told me the school was very lucky. I agree!
