THANK-YOU TO EVERYBODY WHO CAST BALLOTS FOR OUR YOUTH DRAMA CLUB Last Friday was certainly a day of competing emotions. Throughout the final day of voting, the State Farm Leader board indicated at various times we dropped as low as #39 and as high as the mid-20s. Due to the large number of people attempting to access the site towards the end of voting, it was not possible to find out for sure where we finished in the polling. For the next week or so, voting tallys will be checked and rechecked, then those Causes that look like being winners will have to provide evidence of their not-for-profit status and eligibility to receive an award, and their ability to undertake the work described in thier grant applications. Once the powers-that-be take care of all that house-keeping, 40 winners will be announced. Keep your fingers crossed, and like us, remain optimistic!
