THANKS CATHY AND GARY FOR YOUR GREAT REVIEW “Had a few good nights here” We do not go to Bangla Rd very often but the only reason we do go is to visit Heroes Bar. It is managed by One Eye Dave a friendly Aussie who makes sure everyone is having a good night. The bar is comfortable with a great front section facing Bangla Rd so perfect for people watching. There is also a live 2 piece Filipino band that is excellent and can sing any request you send their way. The staff are friendly without being overbearing. There are also big screen televisions that play live sports. Heroes Bar is in a good location on Bangla Rd as most nights there is also street entertainment in front from the break dance boys and sometimes the magic man who has been around for many years now. All in all, a nice safe place that’s a lot of fun at night and a quiet haven during the day.
