THANKS FOR YOUR BIRTHDAY WISHES: Dear friends, last Wednesday, September 24, 2014, the Lord graciously added another year of divine favor, blessings, and unending joy to my life and that of my baby Sarah Luke. Your birthday wishes, on the other hand, filled my heart with joy as I read all of your kind words which are deeply appreciated. Although, I tried to response to some of the posts, I must admit that I was overwhelmed with the beautiful 500+ posts/comments. Today, I write to express our deep appreciation to all our family and friends who by phone calls, text messages, in-box messages, word of mouth, wall posts, gifts; and more, expressed their love for us. Sarah spent her birthday attending classes but she told me she had a fabulous day. In fact, I am still celebrating my birthday as Ralph Parlette says, “Real birthdays are not annual affairs. Real birthdays are the days when we have a new birth.” Further, it is written: “From birth I have relied on you; you brought me forth from my mothers womb. I will ever praise you. Psalm 71:6 (NIV). Thank YOU from the bottom of my heart for making our birthdays all the more special as there is nothing in this world that is worth achieving more than the LOVE from God, family and friends.
