THANKS to those of you that have entered for SESSA Indoor Championships on 4th December, but what about the rest of ya?! The Indoor Champs are a great way to get a time/distance to work on through the winter, and its also important to get an official record on Power of 10 (how athletics results are recorded) as you wont be able to compete at BUCS later in the year without one! Events available are: 60m, 400m, 800m, 3000m, High jump, Long jump, Shot Putt If you want to come along email/message your event and PB (if known) and well sort out the rest. It should be a great afternoon out and there may be a social on the cards for after....
