THANKSGIVING OFFERING Thanksgiving is a sacrifice that pleases God. It is offered after victory, healings, blessing, provisions, protection, forgiveness and Gods love over you. (Hebrews 13:15 By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.) We need to give thanks for his mercy over Kenya mercy, healing and blessing (Psalm 106:1, Psalm 107, Psalms 118:1 O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: because his mercy endureth for ever.) HOW? Through prayers and Thanksgiving worship of our lips (1 Timothy 2:1 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;) for on heaven there a continual thanks offering which is a fruit of our thank that is worship and prayers (Revelation 7:12 Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen.) If president come where you are why do you sing to him? Why do you praise with song, shouts with jubilation and praise him with sweet speech? Is God different? Should we respect him more let us give thanks to most high GOD, Jesus his son and Holy Spirit. GAINING WISDOM FROM GOD (Leviticus 7:7 As the sin offering is, so is the trespass offering: there is one law for them: the priest that maketh atonement therewith shall have it. 7:8 And the priest that offereth any mans burnt offering, even the priest shall have to himself the skin of the burnt offering which he hath offered. 7:9 And all the meat offering that is baken in the oven, and all that is dressed in the fryingpan, and in the pan, shall be the priests that offereth it. 7:10 And every meat offering, mingled with oil, and dry, shall all the sons of Aaron have, one as much as another. 7:11 And this is the law of the sacrifice of peace offerings, which he shall offer unto the LORD. 7:12 If he offer it for a thanksgiving, then he shall offer with the sacrifice of thanksgiving unleavened cakes mingled with oil, and unleavened wafers anointed with oil, and cakes mingled with oil, of fine flour, fried. 7:13 Besides the cakes, he shall offer for his offering leavened bread with the sacrifice of thanksgiving of his peace offerings. 7:14 And of it he shall offer one out of the whole oblation for an heave offering unto the LORD, and it shall be the priests that sprinkleth the blood of the peace offerings. 7:15 And the flesh of the sacrifice of his peace offerings for thanksgiving shall be eaten the same day that it is offered; he shall not leave any of it until the morning.) The characteristic of the offering. God demand it from all his sons, it is pleasing to God just the same way you can tell your boss (thank-you, please, excuse, sorry). Key words : oil (Holy Spirit) and unleavened bread (Jesus or with yeast meaning without sin or immortal meaning spiritual), meaning the sacrifice will be accepted if it offered with clean righteous heart filled or covered with Holy Spirit. ELEMENTS OF OFFERING +God expect praise and worship from our lips. The elders bow down giving thanks to God. The four beast on throne praise, worship and give thanks. The mankind are to give thanks to God (2 Samuel 22:50 Therefore I will give thanks unto thee, O LORD, among the heathen, and I will sing praises unto thy name.) +Give thanks continually for what God has done through prayers and supplication (Colossians 4:2 Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;). It is import that you give thanks in everything you do (1 Thessalonians 5:18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.) +Give thanks for other peoples joy and success (1 Thessalonians 3:9 For what thanks can we render to God again for you, for all the joy wherewith we joy for your sakes before our God;) +Give thanks for everything God have done for you (Colossians 3:17 And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.) Even when requesting for anything (Philippians 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.) +Give thanks for victory and success in job, education, family, country and other victorious things (1 Corinthians 15:57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.) +Give thanks after Gods healing ( Luke 17:16 And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan.) +Give thanks before eating for Gods provided the food and money to buy anything (Romans 14:6 He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks.) It must part of prayers (Daniel 6:10 Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went into his house; and his windows being open in his chamber toward Jerusalem, he kneeled upon his knees three times a day, and prayed, and gave thanks before his God, as he did aforetime.) Let us give thank to the Lord in assembly of people with worship and Thanksgiving to God most high with instruments and souls of joy. This is a pleasing sacrifice than burn offering and give thanks in our prayers Shalom.
