THAT THEY MAY SERVE ME. Then the Lord said unto Moses, Go in unto pharaoh, and tell him, Thus saith the Lord God of the Hebrews( the God almighty), let my people go, that they may serve me. Exodus 9:1(kjv). There are situations in life that hinders people from giving their full devotions to God. Sometimes we say, Lord, if you can do this and that, then I will serve you for the rest of my life. And the God we serve knows the heart and desires of everyone, He may choose to grant the desires or He may choose otherwise. Because theres no where in the scripture that were told that in comfort and abundance shall you serve me all the days of your life. But when He deemed it fit to grant our petitions, He remove limitations and hindrances that limit our complete devotion, then He acts. Imagine a situation where a sincere believer cant run his life not to talk of his family due to poverty or sickness, God must surely intervene. Because He promises that we will lend on to nations and not borrow. He wish above all those that ye may prosper and be in health even as your soul prosper. He told Moses to speak to Pharaoh to let me people go that they may serve me. Their freedom is to allow them to serve God. May everything and anything hindering you from complete devotion to your maker let you go that You may serve the Lord. Jesus Is Lord!!! Shalom!!
