>|. THE ADVENTURE.|< Day 240 of 365 Topic: Echoes From Cana #8 Ref. Scripture: Now there were set there six waterpots of stone, according to the manner of purification of the Jews... John 2:6 The God we serve is unlimited and dynamic in His ways, and He can use just about anything available to do whatever He wants to do. When He wanted to speak to Balaam and no human voice was available, He granted a donkey the ability to speak (Numbers 22:22-35). All He needed to change the fortune of the indebted wife of the dead prophet was the despised jar of oil in her house (2Kings 4:1-7). When He wanted to save this newly wed couple from embarrassment on their wedding day, all He needed was the six empty waterpots. Whenever God wants to work, He uses the available to do the impossible. Jesus had looked around, and the only thing they had were these waterpots. No one could have imagined what Jesus could do with them. To them, they were just vessels of water, but in His Hands, they became vessels of wine. Friend, God specializes in using what is despised as a reference point. Anything put in His Hands becomes a thing to be envied. Perhaps, many have looked upon the works of your hand and made light of it, I like to tell you that God can make that very thing a thing to be wondered at. All you have to do is put it in His Hands. If God could use a jar of oil to settle the huge debt of that woman. If He could use 5loaves and 2fishes to feed not less than 5,000 people, then, what you have in your hands is too much for Him to use. All they had was empty waterpots and He turned it to filled winepots. Hell do even more for you. Thought For The Day: When God wants to work, He uses the available to do the impossible. Meditate: Matthew 21:42 Have a Great Day Oluwatobiloba 794F2CB9 || @kingdomturf
