THE ANCIENT GRAIN SORGHUM AND ITS HEALTH BENEFITS Sorghum has more ANTI-OXIDENTS than blueberries or pomegrantes. It has not been modified as has wheat. It is wholegrain and GF and has high levels of protein, fibre, phosphoros, potassum, calcium and iron. It is the main flour that we use in our mixes. Sorghum can be either red or white. Both are wholegrain. We predominantly grow white sorghum in Australia.
