THE AUTHORITY OF JESUS. The authority of Jesus is not derived from the public approval of His miracles. It is directly from Father God. Included in that authority is the right for Jesus to disclose Himself and the other members of the Trinity to any human being He chooses. So, if you know that You are a child of God, in relationship with the Father, it is only because Jesus has personally chosen to disclose the mystery of the Godhead to you. What a privilege! Although many people would like to know God, it is only possible through the revelation of Jesus. God is not discovered by human exploration, but He reveals Himself to all who trust in Jesus. That is why it is impossible to understand God, heaven, eternity, purpose and significance without first coming to Jesus. Therefore, sharing the truth about Jesus is the only way to enable our friends and colleagues to engage with the God who made them; and eventually enter His heaven. That places Jesus as the most authoritative figure of history ever. Allow this truth to overwhelm you and share it so that others may also be given a place in His kingdom. Matthew 11:27 All things have been committed to me by my Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.
