THE BACK FAT BE GONE FORMULA After posting the following video I received a lot of feedback regarding “How to get rid of the dreaded Bra Fat” So using pilates, bands and a few yoga poses mixed in with the plyometric strength exercises I’m known for I figured out how to target back & belly fat in just 30 minutes a day!!! The entire program is only 28 Days long It includes done for you meal plans crafted to help you increase your metabolism and burn fat. (This is NOT a diet, its a 28 modified meal plan where all you have to do is read it, and eat it. Youll need to workout with me 3x times per week during the 28 day program. You can expect to lose 10-20 pounds, flatter abs, more defined back youll probably drop a clothes size or two. The program begins this Monday.
