He is a lovely boy around 2 possibly 3 years old we are told and he is around 30/35 cm tall. He is lots of fun... With a quirky, cheeky and individual look - he needs a good wash and brush up thats for sure but Noel will be a stunning looking dog ... please consider adopting Noel... he says you can call him anything you want he really doesnt mind just as long as get him a haircut and brush his teeth!
